Kanto No. 4 - Lance/Wataru and his dancing Dragonite! In german his name is Siegfried (from Nibelungenlied), better call him Siggi! I chose his clothes from gen. 3 because he wears leather. harr harr. But actually the colors turned out a bit too bright.
