Contest Monsieur Shortongue

this is my entry for mascot contest

Monsieur Shortongue, a gentle nature, always helping the weak and filling the world with wisdom and peace! Every tuesday afternoon he visits the "poké-baby-primary school" and tells the storys of his long ago journey with his trainer to the curious pokémon-babies. Their young adventurous spirits fill his heart with pleasure. Monsieur Shortongue has never been a strong Lickitung, but he has always been a loyal partner and friend to his trainer, who passed away in peace a long time ago. [...]

I think #poke-lovers mascot should be recognizable by its appearance and presenting an own story and personality. I tried to reach this creating Monsieur Shortongue
